Flash Laundromat West Allis Named West Allis Favorite After 40 Years and 150,000 Customers Served Across Wisconsin

WEST ALLIS, WI, UNITED STATES, October 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Flash Laundromat West Allis, part of a Wisconsin laundromat chain that has served more than 150,000 customers over 40 years, operates two brand-new West Allis locations built around a simple idea: laundry day shouldn't be a hassle. Both the 8929 West Becher Street and 9116 West Oklahoma Avenue locations feature more than 80 machines, including giant-capacity washers and dryers, and let customers pay however they prefer, by coin, app, or the on-site payment center.

Customers at either location can skip the coin roll entirely by downloading the Speed Queen app and entering a location code to pay directly from their phone, a convenience the company has built into both of its West Allis stores. The combination of updated, high-capacity equipment and flexible, cashless payment options is designed to make a routine chore faster and less frustrating.

"We've spent four decades learning what actually makes laundry day easier for people, and that's exactly what we built into these two locations," said Gabe Bambarakos of Flash Laundromat West Allis. "Bigger machines, more payment options, and a clean, comfortable space to wait."

That long track record has translated into strong local loyalty, with Flash Laundromat West Allis maintaining a 4.6-star overall rating across 344 reviews.

Flash Laundromat West Allis' work was recently recognized by the Consumer Ratings Institute, which named the business the recipient of the West Allis Favorite award for West Allis, Wisconsin.

"Being named West Allis Favorite means a lot to us, especially in a community we've served for so long," Bambarakos added. "We're going to keep investing in these locations so laundry day stays as easy as possible."

Flash Laundromat West Allis continues to serve customers at both of its West Allis locations, along with the broader Flash Laundromats network across Wisconsin.
